GAIT ANALYSIS

A systematic evaluation is made of your postural control and body movements to analyse how you stand, walk or run, and the degree of any impairment in your posture and joint movements. 

This treatment modality can improve running technique to help avoid injuries. We can give runners advice on their training schedule, tendon strengthening activities, endurance training for longer runs as well as training for better running posture.
