Meet the Clinic
TheBodyWorks Osteopathy was established in 2017 after Alicia returned to her Leicestershire hometown. She wanted to be able to provide her community with the best osteopathic care in an idyllic environment and settled upon Swan House in the grounds of the Bosworth Hall Hotel. Set close to the Market Bosworth Country Park, it is the perfect environment to feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment you drive into the village.
Patients often enjoy a drink in the local coffee shop or exploring the boutique shops in the centre, allowing patients travelling from further afield to enjoy a relaxing day out.

M.Ost (Master of Osteopathy)
General Osteopathic Council number: 9707
Member of the Institute of Osteopathy
Alicia graduated with a First Class Honours Degree from the world renowned European School of Osteopathy in Maidstone, Kent. During her studies, she completed both a Sports Massage and Modern Medical Acupuncture qualification to further improve the treatment options she could provide for her patients.
Alicia enjoys the variety of patients she sees within her clinic, ranging from babies to sportspeople to the elderly. She has a strong structural approach to treatment, thoroughly assessing biomechanics and posture, as well as discussing work and exercise with patients, in order to tailor her treatment plans to fit the individual.
Additionally, during her training, Alicia attended extra clinics to deepen her knowledge in treating babies, expectant mothers and the elderly, as well as conditions such as headaches, where she favours a gentle approach. She is an excellent diagnostician, and is able to give relatable explanations for her treatment approach.
Alicia has a solid understanding of the principals of movement, which is reflected in her hobbies of walking and yoga, and she uses this to influence her osteopathic treatments in the clinic.
The clinic room is a warm and welcoming place to come for treatment, where we know you will be very comfortable. Due to COVID-19, we have made some changes to how the room looks. We no longer have a chair for patients, as you will be only having an assessment and treatment here and all unnecessary linens have been removed to maintain hygiene. Although it is still the same bright and calming space, with the nature and birds outside, we are sure you will settle into the treatment you deserve whilst feeling safe in your environment.
