To ensure the highest level of care and professional service for all our patients, please review our terms of use before finalising your booking.

1. Appointment Booking & Confirmation

By booking an appointment, you are reserving a dedicated time slot with your Osteopath. A confirmation email/SMS will be sent upon successful booking. It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure contact details are correct.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
​
We understand that life happens; however, as a small clinic, late cancellations significantly impact our ability to serve other patients in pain.

The 24-Hour Rule: Any cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged the full price of the treatment.

No-Shows: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, you will be invoiced for the full cost of the session.

How to Cancel: Please cancel via our online booking portal, by calling 07747136694 or by emailing thebodyworksosteopathy@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

3. Professional Fees & Payment

Full payment is due at the time of the appointment or via the online booking system.

We accept Cash and Card payments..

In the event of a late cancellation fee, an invoice will be sent to your registered email address and must be settled within 28 days.

4. Patient Consent & Safety

Informed Consent: Osteopathic treatment involves manual therapy. Your practitioner will explain the treatment plan and any associated risks. You have the right to stop or modify treatment at any time.

Medical History: You agree to provide an accurate and complete medical history. Please inform your Osteopath of any changes to your health or medications between visits.

Chaperones: Patients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Your clinical records are kept strictly confidential in accordance with privacy law. We only use your data for clinical management and appointment reminders.
